Processing Time

We work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at shopwhereveryougo@gmail.com so we can assist you and file a claim.

For USPS shipments, packages must be in transit for at least 15 days before a claim can be submitted.

If the carrier confirms the package cannot be located, we will either reship your order or, if the item is unavailable, issue a store credit refund.


Important Information

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages once a carrier confirms delivery. If this happens, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.) and do not refund shipping costs for delayed deliveries outside of our control.
